At Sam's Strings, LLC, we stand behind the products we sell because we want you to be happy with your purchase!!  Our return policy is outlined below:

Instruments and Bows: There is a 7-day refund policy. Damaged products may not be returned. Instrument and bow trials are encouraged! There is a 15% restocking fee for all instrument returns.

Accessories/Strings/Books: There is a 14-day return policy unless the product has been used/opened. There is a 10% restocking fee for all accessories/strings/books.

Cases: Are unfortunately non-returnable.  If you have any questions about sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us, to make sure your instrument will fit properly!
